Here in my hotel at the conference. Me, Rufus, Cari and our lonesomes all together as usual. Making the most of a few spare hours cause I know that won't last long. Thinking there's no way I'm going to get my whole todo list done by tomorrow. Seen this promoting good mental health info before?
